Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Manifesting-IT (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have when you use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, preferences, and messages you send to support.

We may also collect information automatically when you use the Services, such as device information, app events, log files, diagnostics, and usage analytics. If you enable it, we may collect approximate location information (for example, to support regional settings).

2. How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, provide customer support, personalize features and insights, communicate updates, and protect the security and integrity of the Services.

3. Analytics and user-entered content

The Services may process information you enter (for example, reflections, outcomes, session logs, or notes) to generate analytics, summaries, trends, or insights for your personal use. We do not sell your private journal-style content.

We also use de-identified, aggregated information from users who choose to contribute to study how manifesting practices work in general — for example, which techniques tend to produce which kinds of outcomes, and how those patterns differ across audiences. Aggregated results are only reported when enough users contribute that no individual can be identified. Your name, email, and the text of your private entries are never included in these aggregates. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy without losing access to any Service features. Withdrawal stops your future activity from being included; aggregated results published before withdrawal remain in place, because individual contributions cannot be separated from an aggregate without identifying the underlying users.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, and payments). We may also share information if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information. You may also opt out of certain communications. You can change your choice to contribute de-identified data to aggregated research at any time in Settings → Privacy. To request help, contact us.
